Windows Ink Pen Support

Hi there,

I'm following up on this post which says Windows tablet support was added in 8.2.1

When attempting to use a Windows Ink compatible pen on a touch screen display the actions below do not produce the expected results:


Action: Stylus Tap + Drag (Move Tool):

Expected Result: Move shape

Actual Result: Pans window


Action: Stylus Tap + Drag (Pencil Tool):

Expected Result: Draw on canvas

Actual Result: Pans window
