Frame is not displayed correctly in preview

When creating a Frame in landscape orientation, regardless of the frame size the preview is displayed in portrait orientation

This bug was fixed in 9.3. You can download and try 9.3 beta version from here.

Or you can wait until 9.3 for MS Store comes out and update later.
