Bitmap / Image Selection Tools

What I mean is, in sketch we can select a bitmap and by double clicking we get selection option, where we can select the items on the image like button/some text and cut it and paste somewhere else on the image.. I don’t see that feature in lunacy. It really helps to work with coded Ui design in order to create quick mockups just in the form of image.. please reply n help if you have that feature already.
