Separated border management (lef, right, top, bottom)

Currently, the border applies on all sides of a polygon shape at the same time. Suggestion : allow management of each side's border independently. 

Ex : for a square/rectangle, show 4 sub-fields for the border property. For a pentagon, show 5 sub-fields. Etc.

Goal : allow things like a rectangle with top border and bottom border set to dashed, while left and right are set to solid. Etc... (any combination possible)...
