Sorting and importing Palettes

I would love to be able to sort them by lightness or order I added them rather than alphabetical, makes no sense to me. I also was a little confused I couldn't select a bunch of them with Shift+ Clicking.

It would also be great if I could add palettes by importing, or eye-dropping different colors a lot quicker, it takes quite some time otherwise. I tried to find another way to add them but didnt, let me know if I missed something.
