Image Fill Crop mode - Add a more convenient/accessible way to move the cropped image

At first I thought Lunacy doesn't have non-destructive crop because this discussion in 2022 exists, only recently found out that the ability to move the image that got cropped is not visible at top level of UI, so to speak

For now, you have to select the image, go to Design > Fills > the icon next to Image, to be able to move the cropped image without moving the crop mask (Make sure it's in Crop mode, not Fill mode, which is chosen by default)
