"Compatibility mode" to disable features that aren't supported in certain implementations/formats

I think that the compatibility mode should be set per page to disable certain features that aren't possible in certain implementations/formats such as CSS or SVG.

For example, Figma doesn't allow for multiple strokes to ensure CSS compatibility. SVG also doesn't support plus light or plus darker.
