Center text visually

In this example, the text and the circle are in the same location, centered relative to each other. The text within the textbox is also centered. However, because 5 is a visually bigger character than 1 , the whole text looks shifted to the right.

It would be great to get some option that would allow the user to center the text visually to correct for character size, to achieve a result like below:

which otherwise requires de-centering the textbox relative to the background.
