Beading pattern maker

Hi so I have been using your program to make beading patterns just with the artboard and the grid turned on....

my question is would it maybe possible to add a feature where you could use like a dropper and to fill a single square in the grid at a time.. easily to kinda try to finesse the pattern a little bit before doing it in real life... as you can see it kind of gets a little tricky in some areas so you have to be diligent.... each square represents one bead on my loom

that is kind of a shitty picture and those are just prototypes but you kinda get the idea...
