Allow custom nudge value for shift + arrow keys to move the layers

Hi Lunacy team,

I didn't find settings to customize the nudge value for Shift + arrow" keys. By default it is set to 10px. It would be added advantage to have this feature as many designers use 8px nudge value to follow the 8-point rule.
