Better text borders and effect sorting

Currently, for text at least, there's no way to choose if a border should be on the inside, on the outside, or in the middle. If I need a particularly thick border, I need to copy the text, give it a border twice as thick as needed, and place it behind the actual text. I'd like to avoid the added work.

Effects like borders and shadows could also benefit from being sortable. The current behaviour is that the shadow is always underneath the border, but it would be nice to have it on top of it in some cases

    Hello!

I'm not sure that this feature is relevant, because it could be useful only in couple of cases, but will have complex UX.

  • I agree when it comes to effect sorting, but selecting where a border should be is a matter of three buttons or a single dropdown
