Show dimensions and distances from elements
When in Sketch, by clicking an element, holding alt and hovering over other elements, you can see the distances from that element to the one you hover, etc. This is super useful on the developer/implementation side of the workflow. Many developers have Sketch just for that, so they can get the design from the design team and use it to figure out how to lay it out on the screen.
