"Select All" when editing a text label is disabled

On MacOS, when editing a shape's text, the "Select all" shortcut is not working.
It's greyed out in the menu, and the shortcut doesnt trigger the selection. (In french in the attached screenshot, "Sélectionner tout" = "Select All")
