Don't remove focus from page renaming if the mouse cursor is moved away

This seems like a very unconventional behaviour - when renaming a page in the page dropdown, if you move the mouse cursor out of the box (which I frequently do, otherwise the cursor is in the way of what I'm trying to type) then it loses focus and you are no longer typing in the box!
