Duplicate (ctrl+d)

need ctrl+d for duplicate selected object/objects (selected anythink).

sample:

select artboard

press ctrl+d and dublicated artboard created

select 3 objects

press ctrl+d and dublcated 3 objects created

etc...

this is so useful and important

i see now Lunacy have ctrl+d but i'm using ubuntu with mac and ctrl+d not working.

i restart lunacy and now working ctrl+d but sometimes not working. i think have a bug or another thinks...

ubuntu 20.4 with mac - lunacy 8.0.5
