Arrow Movement (← ↑ → ↓)

why don't arrows move objects one pixel every press?

shift+(arrow) -> move object to (arrow direction)10 px

shift+up arrow -> move object to up 10 px

left arrow -> move object to left 1 px

etc...

this is so important for positioning

i'm usng ubuntu with mac, restart the lunacy and this feature is work now. but sometimes not working, restart again...
