Soft Return (shift enter) Should Ignore Paragraph Spacing

As the title says, I think it would be a good idea to allow soft returns to ignore paragraph spacing. In other tools, this has the same effect, and it's a simple way to simulate line breaks in web design without the need to add multiple text boxes.
