We've done a lot of work this year to fix this issue:
We've fixed a lot of crashes.
We've fixed a lot of issues that caused sketch file breaking.
We've created a more stable flow of file saving.
We've optimized file saving speed and performance.
We've created a shadow copy feature. It will save a file into a shadow copy every 1-2 minutes when you are not active. If your PC crashes/break/turn off or Lunacy crashes - a file will be opened from a shadow copy, and you will not lose your work.
We did not implement an auto-save feature in the way it is in Sketch or other apps. We are hopeful that the shadow copy feature is a better solution to a problem.
