New Beta Cloud Document did not Load

I am facing a problem in the Lunacy Desktop app in windows 10 Pro,

Lunacy [ Version 7.0 ]

The error is once i tap on the File > New Cloud (Beta) Document , then the document did not load and continuously showing loading icon and also If I try to close it, it did not close the document either.

    Thank you for the report. We're working on improving service stability.


    Cloud document creating/editing could be unavailable from time to time. It's expected behaviour during the beta period. This issue is just about servers accessibility and not affecting document consistency. That means all your changes will be uploaded and merged correctly as soon as the server will become available the next time. 


    As the beta will be finished this issue will become irrelevant. I'll save it open till this time.
