Gradient .SVG Export

I'm using Lunacy to convert some Sketch files over onto Windows so I can use them with AE, however when I try to export gradients as an .svg does not look the same as it does in Lunacy. What I actually want is to eventually get an editable gradient within After Effects, but even being able to get the gradient into Illustrator would be a good start.
