Prototype preview does not render components on any Pages not viewed since opening the file

How to reproduce:

  1. Open the attached example
  2. Without viewing any other Pages, start the Prototype Preview
  3. Notice that Components are not rendered if they are from Pages which had not been view since opening the document
  4. Close Preview
  5. Visit all other Pages
  6. Start Prototype Preview
  7. Notice that everything renders normally
