When duplicating a page, preserve prototype links (internal & outgoing)

Presently, when duplicating a page, all prototyping links are set to none. The desired behaviour would be to preserve links wherever possible.

This would include:

  1. "internal" links, where source and target are within the same page
  2. "outgoing" link, where the target is on a different page

An obscure clarification: The new "internal" links would have both their source and target artboards within the new page. (NOT some weird hybrid that links to the original of the duplicate)
