In hotspot target drop-down, group artboard names with slashes

This grouping pattern is used elsewhere in the app, already, for grouping components and styles. It would also be extremely useful for artboards!!

It would also fix (or accommodate) this bug:

Presently, if there are too many artboards it is impossible to select some as the target (from the dropdown) because the drop-down menu extends beyond the screen. My only solution is to create a hotspot beside the target artboard, drag a connection, then move the hotspot to it's intended location.

And ease the annoyance of this bug:

Presently the hotspot target drop-down sorts according to the artboard layer stacking. But it should probably sort alphabetically.
