Navigation across pages inside Preview

In the browser preview I miss the chance to look at any page (Frame). 

If there is no link to that page from another page, the page cannot be viewed at all. If it does, it can still be difficult to click through to the page.

For a starting point, an arrow to the previous and next page would be quite sufficient.
